What I do now
I'm the founder and CEO of Looper Systems, an AI and automation agency for small business owners. Most of the owners I talk to already know AI matters. What they don't have is time to sort the useful from the noise.
So we start with the problem, not the tool. Some problems need AI. Some need a simple automation. Some just need a better process and no new software at all. I'll tell you which.

I've spent more than 15 years building and running businesses across e-commerce, product development, and digital marketing. I started out as a professional writer, with more than a decade in television and comedy. That's where I learned to make complicated things simple.
Since 2014 I've owned and run Classy Wino, an e-commerce brand, and built the systems and automations behind it myself. So I know what it's like to run a business with too few hours and too few people.
